Qlarity: open a page, ask it a question, keep the receipt

Command	What it does
`quox qlarity health`	Service health through the governed proxy
`quox qlarity allowlist`	Which origins this deployment may inspect
`quox qlarity origins`	The origins THIS org may inspect (add/remove without touching the host)
`quox qlarity inspectors`	The named reads available (data in, never code)
`quox qlarity sessions`	Open sessions for this org
`quox qlarity close <sessionId>`	Close a session and free its browser context
`quox qlarity read [options] <url>`	One-shot: open a page, run an inspector, print the result, close
`quox qlarity console [options] <url>`	One-shot: open a page, print its console log, close
`quox qlarity network [options] <url>`	One-shot: open a page, print its network log, close
`quox qlarity screenshot [options] <url>`	One-shot: open a page, capture a screenshot, save it to a file, close
`quox qlarity eval <url> <script>`	Request approval to run arbitrary JS. Files an inbox item and exits; never runs inline.
`quox qlarity login [options] <origin>`	Log in to <origin> via a stored browser_login vault credential, leaving the session open for other qlarity verbs to reuse
