What hats does my org have?

Ask which hats exist and what each is for, then list them and read one in full.

What you get: every hat in your organisation, what it is for, and which ones need your yes before Quox can wear them.

Ask in plain words:

quox · talking to Quox

I can't switch hats myself. I can propose a switch to whichever one suits what you're
doing. On any hat, I only get the tools my own grant allows, so a hat's tool list is
membership and not permission.

Quox read the hat catalogue for your organisation, said which hat it was wearing, and marked the privileged ones.

  • Privileged: yes means Quox has to ask you before it switches to that hat.
  • Tools: tools the hat always carries, plus tools in bundles it loads only when a conversation needs them.
  • Rev: the hat’s revision. Every edit makes a new one.

The full output ends with the hat’s revision history: who changed it, when and why.

Quox read the hats on your own Quox, with your permissions. Reading changes nothing, so no approval was needed. A hat says which tools a conversation carries; what an agent may actually do still comes from its own grant.

quox hat show <hat> lists every revision of a hat, so you can see each change to its tools and the reason given for it.
