Mark a phase done

Machine verified A machine ran this on our install and checked the result against the CLI. A test report is linked. CLI 0.3.1, checked 2026-10-15.

Is this phase done?

Tell Quox a phase of a roadmap stream is finished, then read the stream and tick phases yourself.

What you get: a roadmap that moves when you say so. One sentence ticks the phase, and the stream shows its new progress straight away.

Name the stream and the phase in your own words:

quox · talking to Quox

On the QuoxPlan test stream proof-seed, mark phase 1 as done.

▤ AOCL │ L1 identity complete · allowed · 2ms

▤ AOCL │ L3 policy gate complete · proceed · 7ms

◐ PLAN │ stream brief ✔ PLAN │ stream brief │ ok · 4.6s

◐ PLAN │ tick phase ✔ PLAN │ tick phase │ Phase 1 ("proof fixture phase one") on proof-seed set to DONE. · 1.5s

⛓ AEE │ envelope opened · stream_success

Phase 1 ("proof fixture phase one") on proof-seed is now DONE. Both phases on the stream
are complete.

The stream itself is still BLOCKED. Ticking a phase doesn't change that, and I haven't
touched the stream's status. Completing the stream needs owner approval.

A real turn on our own install (CLI 0.3.0, 17 Oct 2026), replayed at speed. Names changed. Type the same words into quox.

Quox read the stream first, then ticked phase 1. It left the stream’s own status alone, because marking a whole stream complete needs the owner’s word.

From a real run on our own install, on its test stream. Latest notes shown.

The header gives the status and tier. Each phase has a number, which is what you tick.

quox plan phase proof-seed tick 1 marks phase 1 done. Use your own stream id and phase number.

quox plan note proof-seed "phase one signed off" adds a line to the notes timeline. Notes are only ever added, never replaced.

Quox changed one phase on one stream, on your own Quox, with your permissions. The change is in the stream’s history, so anyone reading the stream sees when it moved.

quox plan show <streamId> prints the phases checklist again, and quox plan focus lists what is blocked, in flight or waiting on a decision across the roadmap.

quox plan phase <streamId> untick 1 puts the phase back to not done. To finish a whole stream, quox plan status <streamId> COMPLETE --confirm-owner is the owner’s call, which is why Quox did not do it for you.
