Check whether any alert is muted
Is anything muted?
Ask whether any alert is silenced, so a real problem cannot slip past unseen. Then read the silences yourself.
What you get: confidence that a silence someone set for maintenance is not still hiding alerts today.

No, none of your alerts are muted. The monitoring specialist checked Alertmanager and it has no silences at all: none active, none pending, and none expired in what came back. Nothing is being suppressed, so any alert that fires will notify as normal. The check was read-only and I changed nothing.
