`quox tool list [options]`	List tools in the organization
`quox tool get <toolId>`	Get tool details
`quox tool create [options]`	Create a new tool
`quox tool update [options] <toolId>`	Update a tool
`quox tool delete <toolId>`	Delete a tool
`quox tool publish <toolId>`	Publish a tool
`quox tool catalog [options]`	Browse the tool catalog
`quox tool exec [options] <name>`	Execute a governed tool via the collector (POST /api/v1/tools/execute). Large output: use `--select`/`--summary`, never a shell pipe.
`quox tool install <toolId>`	Install a tool from the catalog
