QuoxSignal watches the channels you choose, waits for your go-ahead before spending a transcription budget on any one of them, and turns what was actually said into a proposal you can accept, edit or bin.
How it works
Four steps, a human at the end of each one
What was said gets scored against your own roadmap and codebase and written up as a proposal. QuoxSignal never spends money or makes a claim it can't back with a quote.
Follow your sources
TikTok accounts, YouTube channels, RSS, podcast and JSON feeds, and single Instagram reel URLs. Instagram account following does not work yet, it's broken upstream in yt-dlp; only single reel URLs do.
See the cost first
Every video or episode shows its estimated transcription cost before anything is spent on it. Nothing transcribes without your say-so.
Score against your work
Transcripts get compared to your own roadmap and codebase and turned into proposals ranked by how relevant they actually are.
Quote or it's discarded
Every proposal carries a verbatim quote and its timestamp. If it can't cite the moment it came from, it doesn't get written.

Every item shows exactly where it is in the pipeline and what acting on it will cost, before you spend anything.
What QuoxSignal does not do
- Instagram account following is broken. The upstream extractor (yt-dlp) can't follow an Instagram account today. Single reel URLs work; following an account does not.
- It proposes, it never publishes. QuoxSignal doesn't post, publish or act on anything by itself. Every proposal, including a hand-off to QuoxPlan, needs a human to approve it first.
- The evidence chain is not complete yet. A proposal created through the CLI carries its source and transcript but no AEE envelope. Dashboard-created proposals do emit AEE envelopes. WARD receipts are not surfaced for either today, so no proposal currently carries an end-to-end witnessed chain. We would rather say that than imply otherwise.

A proposal is short on purpose: what was said, exactly, where in the recording it was said, and what it's being scored against in your own roadmap. You read it in seconds and decide, QuoxSignal doesn't decide for you.

Per source, you decide
A budget ceiling for every source
Every source you follow gets its own real-currency budget ceiling and its own autonomy level, from "always ask before transcribing anything" up to "transcribe under the ceiling without asking each time." Autonomy only ever governs transcription spend, never publishing.

Per-source lenses
The same post is judged differently depending on what you follow a source for. A founder-mindset source and a roadmap source are scored by different questions.
Watchlist tags
Tag sources into groups, so a watchlist reads as the thing you are tracking rather than a flat list of accounts.
JSON feeds, free to ingest
A JSON source kind follows authoritative feeds such as CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalogue. Those items arrive already as text: no audio, no transcription, no cost to ingest.
Approve from your phone
Approve a proposal over Telegram and the approval writes a real roadmap entry. The decision is still yours; it just doesn't wait for a desk.
Autonomy and spend, per source
Each source carries its own autonomy level and its own spend ceiling in real currency, so one busy account can't quietly drain the budget for the rest.
Credibility that admits ignorance
Source credibility scoring refuses to score a source with too little comparable history, rather than inventing a confident middling number.
