QuoxReflect implant

When the brain is not focused on external tasks, the default mode network activates, reviewing past experiences and evaluating past decisions. It is metacognition: thinking about thinking. QuoxReflect provides per-response quality scoring using a heuristic scale from 0 to 100. Each response is checked for tool usage on infrastructure queries, response length appropriateness, and capability detection. These are not subjective assessments. They are structured checks applied consistently to every interaction.

Session-level quality tracking aggregates individual response scores into an overall session assessment. This feeds directly into session journals consumed by QuoxDream during consolidation cycles. Without reflection, Quox can execute but cannot learn from its execution. With reflection, every completed session becomes structured data that improves future performance.

Reflect operates on Executive outputs but is not controlled by Executive. This independence ensures honest evaluation. The planner does not grade its own work.
